Testimonials for Our Asphalt and Concrete Paving Work

Scope of work: Re-paving 2,300+ sq ft walk and bicycle paths at a preschool. We contacted a number of paving companies for estimates but only received two call backs, Espina being one of them. Kraig was the only vendor who came to the property to walk it with us, to understand the scope of work and our expectations. We received his bid in a timely manner. and once awarded, Kraig worked with us to schedule the work during our window of available time. When the crews came out, it was clear pretty quickly that our understanding of the proposed work was not accurate. We contacted Kraig, who worked with the crew to come up with a solution that worked for all parties, while holding to the original bid amount. The crew worked all day, touching bases with us to make sure the work was done correctly. They finished the paths by 4:00 that same day, removing all debris from the property. The only improvement I would have suggested was a little more asphalt clean-up from the edges of the paths, in the grass. Other than that, we were completely pleased with the work, and would highly recommend them for paving work.

In Early Spring 2014, Joey, who is an Espina official, accompanied me as we walked the Georgetown Woods townhome community to exam our two roads and nine parking lots. Subsequently, Joey took measurements of same. Thereupon, he provided me with details and recommendations. As I enjoy researching and asking questions, for the following few months, I peppered Joey with numerous questions. He always responded to my inquiries in a timely, informative and thoughtful manner. Joey was (is) the consummate professional. In August 2014, Espina milled and paved one of our roads. Joey was there from the beginning to the end of the process. We were very pleased with the work performed by Espina. In the future, when additional work is required for our community, we will not hesitate in utilizing Espina Paving for our major asphalt needs.

This is the second time using Espina for community projects. The quality of customer service and workmanship has been excellent. We would highly recommend your services to anyone interested.
